hidden=\"hidden\"><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Human Resource Development Department in BCCL has been set up\u00a0\u00a0 for the development of existing Human Resources as well as future requirements with reference to technological advances and gainful deployment of existing manpower to fulfill demand of production vis-\u00e0-vis technology.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The existing human resources includes Managers, Supervisors and Workers at all levels of the company. The company is strongly committed to the development and growth of all its employees.
